1 AI Consoles & Systems
1.1 Coverage Period
Standard Warranty
2 years from the date of purchase.
Extended Warranty (Optional)
Up to an additional 3 years (for a total of 5 years) available for purchase within 60 days of the original product purchase date.
1.2 Scope of Coverage
Hardware Components
-Protection against defects in materials and workmanship, including CPU boards, GPU modules, power supplies, and other internal components.
Coverage includes repair or replacement of defective parts.
Operating System & Pre-installed Software
Warranty covers factory-installed operating systems, drivers, and firmware updates critical for normal functioning.

1.3 Support & Services

Warranty Claim Process

If repair is required, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to the authorized service center; return shipping is covered under warranty for valid claims.
Data Liability

2.4 Exclusions
Damage resulting from exposure to conditions beyond the specified operating environment (e.g., extreme temperatures, humidity, corrosive chemicals).
Improper installation or tampering by unauthorized personnel.
Use of unapproved accessories, cables, or power sources leading to device malfunction.
2.5 Additional Terms
Warranty Claim Process

Mechanical & Structural Components

Electronic & Control Systems
Coverage includes flight controllers, onboard computers, sensors (e.g., LiDAR, cameras), and wiring looms.
Software patches and firmware updates addressing performance or safety issues.
Battery & Charging Systems
Replacement of defective batteries or charging docks if found faulty within warranty parameters.
3.3 Support & Services
Initial Setup & Safety Training

Normal wear and tear on rotors, tires, or other consumable parts not deemed defective.

Customers must halt usage of the device upon discovering a malfunction to prevent further damage.

Regulatory Compliance
The warranty does not cover any fines, fees, or legal repercussions resulting from non-compliance with local aviation or robotics regulations.
4 AI Data Centre Infrastructure
4.1 Coverage Period
Standard Warranty
3 years from the date of purchase (covers hardware, firmware, and basic configuration).
Extended Warranty (Optional)
Additional 2 years (for a total of 5 years) can be purchased within 120 days of the initial installation date.
4.2 Scope of Coverage
Servers, Racks, & Network Equipment
Protection against manufacturing or material defects in processors, memory modules, network switches, and rack components.
Replacement of defective power supplies, cooling fans, or internal boards.
Storage Systems
Coverage includes failures of controllers, SSD/HDD devices, and RAID components that occur under normal operating conditions.

4.4 Exclusions
Environmental damage due to inadequate cooling, humidity control, or electrical supply inconsistencies (e.g., power surges not mitigated by recommended UPS systems).
Damage resulting from improper wiring, non-certified expansions, or tampering with hardware locks or seals.
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality.
4.5 Additional Terms
Warranty Claim Process
Provide system serial numbers, installation dates, and logs of any diagnostics performed.

Data Responsibility
