We do not typically stock items; instead, we build systems on demand according to your specific requirements. 

Because of this, production lead times may vary depending on complexity, component availability, and current order volume. 

Future Stock Possibility 

Certain high-demand products may be stocked in the future based on popularity and production capacity. 

If an item is in stock, shipping times may be shorter than the standard build-to-order timeline. 

Estimated Shipping Window 

After placing an order, you will receive an estimated production and ship date. 

This estimate is subject to change if sourcing delays occur or if we adjust production schedules. 

  

Processing Time 

 

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your purchase details and an initial lead-time estimate. 

Production Queue: Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. During peak seasons or promotional events, production slots may be fully booked, leading to extended lead times. 

 

 

Shipping Methods & Rates 

 

Available Carriers: We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local carriers) to ensure safe and efficient deliveries. 

Shipping Options: 

Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days (domestic) after production is complete. 

Expedited Shipping: Typically 1–3 business days (domestic) after production is complete. 

International Shipping: Timeframes vary by destination and may be subject to customs clearance. 

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping promotions or discounts may apply at our discretion. 

 

International Shipping 

 

Customs & Duties: If you are ordering outside of our home country, you may be responsible for additional import duties, taxes, and clearance fees. 

Delivery Timeframe: International deliveries can vary widely, often taking 7–21 business days post-production, subject to carrier performance and customs processing. 

 

Shipping Insurance 

 

Optional Insurance: We offer shipping insurance at checkout (if available). This covers loss or damage during transit. 

Claim Process: In the event of damage or loss, please contact us immediately. You may need to provide photos, carrier documentation, or police reports for claims. 

 

Address Accuracy 

 

Correct Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address to prevent delivery issues. 

Changes After Shipment: We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to update or correct an address before dispatch. 

 

Delivery & Acceptance 

 

Signature Requirements: For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery. 

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the unavailability of a recipient, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to our facility. Additional fees may apply in such cases. 

 

Onsite Installation & Setup 

 

Installation Not Included: The purchase price and shipping cost do not include onsite equipment installation or setup. 

Separate Negotiation: If you require professional onsite setup or configuration services, please contact us. These services are negotiated separately and will incur additional fees. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review our Return and Refund Policy for specific instructions, eligibility criteria, and timelines. 

 

Delays & Force Majeure 

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or natural disasters. We will do our best to keep you informed and assist in resolving any shipping issues that arise.
